Step 1: Send your request
The form asks about a specific puppy by its reference, or about your interest in a Yorkie or a Morkie. Sending it records an enquiry only.
To reserve a Yorkie or Morkie puppy, send a reservation request through the form on this page. The owner reviews each request, and a puppy is marked Reserved only after the owner confirms it.
The reservation request form works in three steps, and sending the form never allocates a puppy. For questions before you write, check current puppy availability or call.

The owner reviews each request.
If the owner agrees, the owner confirms with you directly and only then updates the puppy's status to Reserved. A submission alone never changes a status.
A general enquiry remains possible when a puppy is Reserved or Sold. No waitlist is promised, and the form collects no payment.
A request sent here goes to the owner for review. It does not reserve a puppy, and no email or text message is sent automatically, so for anything urgent please call (336) 488-4717.
Fill in the fields below to send a reservation request. Please do not include payment or card details.
Once you know which puppy or breed you are asking about, a few questions keep the request clear.
Ask for the records themselves, not a summary. Our page on health testing and records explains what such documents typically show.
If your questions are about cost, read about Yorkie and Morkie puppy cost before you write.
Use the form to request a reservation, or contact Yadkinyorkies & Morkies by phone if you have questions first.
