Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Puppy enquiry: your name, email address and phone number, and the puppy or photo you asked about.
• Reservation request: your name, email address, an optional phone number, what you are asking about, a puppy reference if you chose one, your message (up to 1,000 characters) and your confirmation that you read this notice.
• Contact message: your name, email address, an optional phone number and your message, and your confirmation that you read this notice.
• Technical information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary connection information such as your IP address in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. To limit spam we also keep short-lived counters tied to a one-way scrambled form of the connection address; the address itself is not saved with your enquiry.

Please do not send payment or card details. This website does not take payments.

• Puppy enquiries, reservation requests and contact messages are saved in a private inbox in a database on Cloudflare. Puppy photos uploaded by the owner are kept in private Cloudflare storage. They are not shown on any public page and can be read only by authorized site administrators, after signing in through an access control that allows only approved accounts.
• The website can optionally be set up to forward contact messages to a message-delivery service chosen by the owner. That is an optional configuration, off by default; if it is ever turned on, that service also receives the message and has its own handling of it.
• The website does not itself send you an automatic confirmation by email or text message when you submit a form.

Enquiries and requests are kept until the owner deletes them. There is no automatic deletion and we have not set a fixed retention period. Short-lived spam counters stop counting after about ten minutes and are cleared out by later activity.
